What if students and university laboratories could help save lives?
We are proud to announce our partnership with the Master MIAGE de l'Université Côte d’Azur (Campus SophiaTech, Nice), under the RUE framework — Rapprochement Université/Laboratoires-Entreprises.

Backed by RECHERCHE ET AVENIR, this initiative allows SMEs, SMIs, micro-enterprises, and startups in the region to directly benefit from the expertise and resources of public university laboratories. A great way to put research at the service of real-world innovation.

As part of this collaboration, a team of Master MIAGE students will be working on MRO TRACKER — a groundbreaking digital tool we are developing at Global SAR Hub to manage Mass Rescue Operations in real time.

What are MROs? They are what Rescue Coordination Centres face when a cruise ship carrying 8,000 people is in distress, or when an aircraft goes down at sea. Extreme situations where every minute counts — and where current tools like spreadsheets and paper logs simply reach their limits.

MRO Tracker is the answer: a structured, collaborative, real-time interface to coordinate dozens of rescue assets, track survivor counts, and report to authorities.
A big thank you to the teaching team at Master MIAGE UCA and to the Région Sud - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur for this initiative, which puts the power of academia at the service of local startups.
