Global SAR Hub at the heart of an international exchange in the United Kingdom

We have just completed the first day of an exchange hosted by HM Coastguard , within the facilities of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, as part of a program coordinated by the International Maritime Rescue Federation (IMRF).

This participation fully reflects the mission of Global SAR Hub: being present where RCCs meet, exchange, and continuously improve their operational practices.

Alongside professionals from Ireland, Germany, and Poland, the day was both intense and highly constructive. It provided a valuable opportunity to observe firsthand how different coordination centers structure their operational response, organize teams, manage information, and cooperate internationally.

Representing Global SAR Hub meant listening, understanding, learning — and sharing our own field experience and the perspective we bring through tools designed specifically to support RCCs.

These moments are essential for us.
They directly feed our product vision, strengthen our understanding of real operational needs, and reinforce our commitment: developing practical, field-aligned solutions that genuinely support coordination centers.

Thank you to the IMRF and the HM Coastguard teams for their warm welcome and the quality of the discussions.

More to come tomorrow.
