We are Tanguy Le Coq and Arthur Barbier, former maritime rescue coordinators from French MRCCs. After thousands of alerts and operations, we discovered the same reality everywhere: tools were outdated, fragmented, and never designed with field operators in mind. Information was slow. Training was inaccessible. Software was rigid. And the people who needed help the most — isolated RCCs, developing nations, local agencies — had the least resources.
So we decided to build something different.
Something truly useful.
